Activities	You can find information about activities on the information board in front of the stairs or you click here.

Baby cot	We can make baby cots available for you. Please contact our reception.
Bath robe	You can get bath robes at the reception. (3,00 € for using/30,00 € security deposit)
Bikes	You can rent bikes here for a charge of 15,00 € per day. Please contact our reception.
Bike garage	You can store your own bikes free of charge in our garage (depends on availability). But the Hotel assumes no liability for the bikes.
Boat	Just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel to arrive at the landing place for the boats.
Breakfast	Breakfast is served in our Restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Check Out	Please vacate your room before 11:00 a.m. If you need to stay in your room longer, kindly contact the reception. In any case you could store your luggage at the reception until your departure.
Church service	For times and places contact our reception.
Cigarettes	There is a cigarette machine in the entrance hall, opposite the information board.
City Map	Please ask for a city map our reception staff.
Cosmetics	Did you forget anything? Please turn to the reception for: toothbrush, shaver etc.
Credit Card	We accept Mastercard and VISA.

Departure	At your departure day you can hold the room until 11 a.m. If you like to have a late check out, please contact our reception.
Doctor/ Pharmacy	We wish you a carefree stay in our house. But if you should fall ill please contact the reception. On request we get you medical assistance and get your medication from a pharmacy.
Dogs	Your dogs are welcome in selected rooms in the Parkchalet. We charge 10,00 € per night/ dog. Please be informed that dogs are not allowed in our Restaurant.

Environment	Please help us to preserve our environment: turn off lights and protection TV when leaving your room. Make sure faucets are turned off. Please use the bin in your room for paper waste, all other waste should be placed in the waste basket in the bathroom. Place empty bottles next to the bin.

Fire	From every floor you can use the fire escape to leave the Hotel in the case of fire. Don’t take the elevator! Please read the information on the emergency exit in your room. It is important that you inform the reception in case of fire.
Fire-extinguisher	There are fire-extinguishers at the end of every corridor.
Fitness	The gym is located in the wellness center and opens from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The key is stored at the reception.
Flowers	The reception staff can arrange some flowers for you.

Gym	The gym is located in our wellness center and opens from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You´ll get the key at the reception desk.

Housekeeping	Because of the current situation we don’t enter your room without your permission. So let us know, when you would like to get your room cleaning service. Moreover our housekeeping is at your disposal if you need additional pillows, blankets, hangers, vase etc. Please contact the reception.

Lost & Found	Please contact our reception for lost and found.

Mail	You can turn in your outgoing mails at the reception. We pass on postcards and letters reliably for you. You also receive the incoming mail addressed to you.
Main entrance	The Main entrance is opened from 6:00 a.m. until at least 9:00 p.m. If you come back later, please use your room key to open the main entrance of the Hotel.
Maps	You can buy maps for cycling, walking and about our region with activity information at the reception.
Massages	Please read the information for “Spa”
Meeting rooms	Please contact us to see our different meeting rooms and to get the detailed meeting information.
Minibar	The minibar is checked during room cleaning service. Please settle your account at the reception.

Newspapers	Local and national newspapers and magazines can be bought in the entrance hall.

Parking	You can use our parking area (tax free & depends on availability) behind the hotel.
Photocopy	We can make photocopies for you at the reception desk. The price per copy is 0,25 €.
Pool	Our Indoor-Swimming-Pool (29°C) is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The separat entrance is located on the gable side of the hotel. You´ll get the keys and towels at the reception desk.
Postcards	You will find some cards and stamps at the Reception.

Reception	The reception is available round-the-clock under the extension “99”. For all your questions and requests the reception desk is in charge of. We can recommend activities and sights to you. And we will do our best to make your stay the most comfortable ever.
Restaurant	Our restaurant is daily open from 7:00 a.m. for breakfast. In the afternoon we offer our homemade cakes and coffee. Enjoy some meals from our menu from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Safe	We recommend that you leave your valuables in our hotel-safe. Access is possible from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please contact the reception.
Sauna	The wellness area offers a Finish sauna, a steambath, different showers, a heat bench and moreover a relaxtion room. From 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. you have the opportunity to use all our facilities. Please inform the reception 30 minutes before using to warm up the sauna. Keys and towels are available at the reception.
Shoe shine machine	Our “shoe-boy” is in the entrance hall, directly under the information board or in the entrance of our Parkchalet.
Spa	Our spa-area with cosmetics, massages, wellness and solarium is daily open. Please arrange your dates at the reception.

Taxi	A taxi can be ordered by the reception.
Telefax	You could ask our employees at the reception to send a fax for you. Our fax service costs 0,30 € per page. Hotel fax number: +49(0)38735 49212 190
Telefon	You can reach the reception using the telephone by dialing “99”. If you would like to call another room from within the hotel, simply dial the room number. For an outside line please dial “0” pre your requested telephone number.If you need that somebody could call you from outside, they have to dial +49 (0) 38735 49212 and your room number. For all calls – out of the hotel – we charge 0,30 € per unit. It will be booked on your hotel bill.

Umbrella	We lend umbrellas – please contact the reception staff.

Wake up call	If desired, the employees of the reception will give you a wake up call by telephone. Just let us know your wake up time.
WiFi	Code: Parkhotel1234 (free of charge) Because of a satellite solution for the internet in our town, maybe there are times when the connection doesn´t work or works very slowly. We ask for your understanding.
